Hello everyone! For my first High on Health video, I decided to give you a little bit of an introduction to my story with acne. I, like many of you, have had my fair share of struggles with this utterly painful affliction.
But guess what? It is totally possibly to clear even severe acne without any drugs. Seriously! Ive done it, Caseys done, Frans done it. Countless others have done it. All it takes is a little bit of determination and some belief in yourself.
